Cerita Ceriti

In the mood for My Name by BoA

(gunakan slang pahang/perak/kedah anda yang terbaik)" dia pon menjawab, "ye." "apsal?" "sebab dia dah kenal aku... jadi dah tak misteri. muhahahaha :P~" sabar je la aku. alah minat suka suki je pun, bukan betul2 membawa ke alam perkahwinan. saje jadi pencuci mata. aku tumpang mencuci mata je. ade la isu nak dibincangkan nanti kalau dah takde mende lain sangat yang nak diborakkan.

haa cite pasal 'cerita pasal orang' ni, kitorang bengang gile ngan sorang mamat india ni (grup lain dari kitorang). ade la sorang pompuan grupmet aku ni yang kitorang menyampah la sebab perangai dia yang sungguh irritating. nak dijadikan cerita, pompuan tu senyum la kat mamat ni. mamat tu balas la. sekali bila pompuan tu blah je dari penglihatan, mamat tu buleh nak kutuk pompuan tu (masa tu mamat tu duk lepak2 ngan member dia), cakap dah la muka tak lawa, sengeh2 kat dia pulak. ekin bengang la pulak. aku pun bengang jugak. tak kisah la kalau pompuan tu kitorang anti pun. yang mamat tu kutuk2 camtu apahal plak? muka dah la macam empangan pecah (lagi teruk dari tongkang pecah tu), orang dah senyum kat dia pun dah kira baik dah. tak pun ntah2 mamat tu pasan pompuan tu senyum kat dia kot, maklomlah sebelah mamat empangan pecah tu ade grupmet kitorang yang lain. hah kalau betul la pompuan tu tak senyum kat mamat perasan tu, baru la beh, nampak sket dia perasan nak mampos.

Chugoshipo, Chugoshipo TnT

In the mood for bantering

heh takde la nak mati sebenanye... cuma tensi tahap maut je. tu pon pagi tadi dalam kol 2. hai aku dah agak dah buleh jadi perkara ni. itu la padahnye kalau pergi berjalan2 bawak purse nan satu tu je. kan dah tertinggal kat airport. banyak jugak estimated value of loss. hai nak buat camne, itu la akibat tak mengambil pengajaran dari situasi lepas. penah jugak tertinggal purse tu kat cafe, mujur la ade member yg belom blah lagi dari tempat makan tu. ni kan dah padan muka aku. huh. dengan secara tak rasmi nye terpaksa la aku membatalkan trip untuk ke sungai petani ujung minggu ni. geram geram geram. dah la di saat aku nak pegi sangat pulak tu. grr grr grr. terasa rugi tak pegi, tapi nak buat camne, rasa tak puas hati dan tak tenteram jiwa kalau tak dapat nak setelkan segala mende tang ni jugak.

ok la citer part lain plak.

full moon wo sagashite

berjaya jua mendl cerita ni sampai abih. seronok jugak nengok ending dia. tapi terasa tak beh pulak bila tak de sekali pun izumi bertukar jadi anjin plushie. pastu ending dia mitsuki tak jadi besar dan berchenta dengan takuto. kalau dalam manga dia lain pulak. tapi either way aku suka both storyline.

bleach + naruto lagu baru

finally tukar jugak lagu bleach ni. vid lawa tapi lagu macam... umm... biase je. nothing special about the song. tapi vid memang taaabikkk~ takde la nak cakap dah bosan dengan asterisk (i still love that song, the anime version!) tapi aku wonder la jugak takkan la satu lagu tu je sampai abih kan. full moon wo sagashite pun ade 2 lagu intro. fma pun 4. naruto ni pulak... baru je tuka lagu ending ari tu, dah ade lagu baru plak? pada pndapatan aku lagu intro dia lagi sesuwei buat lagu ending. tapi ntah la, itu pendapatan memula je. later on mebi aku buleh terima kot.

besedey ku dah dekat huhuhuh :(

yup yup age is just a number. but what if orang lain cakap perwatakan aku tak sesuwei dengan umo aku ni? yah, persetankan ape diorang nak cakap kan kan kan :P cuma aku tak rasa la nak berkapel2 ni lagi, nanti takleh nak berperangai bebudak. ade la member aku ni beh gilo, dia ni dah la antu network game, dapat laki pon kepala sama, tiap2 malam lawan. anak dah sorang tu, karang bertambah lagi sorang antu. takpe la asal makan pakai budak tu cukup. kikiki :P

uhhh dah panjang sangat lak entry ni. esok ni berlenggang le aku ke opis. sape nak curik beg aku pon, silakan lah. setakat rm2 je dalam beg, malas nak pk ape2.

adek aku tepon dalam kol 1230 tadik. ingatkan dia nak ingatkan ari ni besdey dia. maklom la aku tak call. sekali dia tanye, ade terasa gegar dak. aku cakap la dak. pastu aku tanye dia balik, bangunan dia je ke terasa gegar? (dia kat upm) dia cakap bangunan lain pun terasa gak. aku pun dah horror. terus duk depan pc, nengok sape yg ade kat yahu. yg ade cuma nuar, my kembau, and beberapa orang lain yg online ikut mobile phone. aku pon meseh la kembau. dia cakap aku orang kedua tanye mende yg sama kat dia, pastu dia cakap kat tpt dia (jb) tak terasa. syukurrr... tapi kl n shah alam terasa la pulak. hmm hmm hmm. sure cyberjaya pun terasa nih. pastu syib plak onlien. dia cakap kat merbuk (kedah) terasa kuat. tsk tsk. pastu nuar pun cakap, rupenye ade EQ berskala 8.2 richter berhampiran medan, 535 km (330 miles) WSW of KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia. medan??? oh, rupenye sebelah barat mengadap lautan hindi (iye ke? tu nama melayu indian ocean ke?). sebab medan bukan betul2 kat line plat bumi, yg tu aku yakin betul. tapi 8.2 skala richter tu kuat gak. tapi tak de la sekuat 9.0 kat banda aceh. pada firasat aku, tsunami pasti ade kat area2 hari tu gak, tapi tak de la sekuat dulu. sebabnye banda aceh tu kat bucu indo, yg kali ni tengah2 sumatera sket. syukur. kalau jadi kat area banda aceh lagi, aku tatau la nak komen ape.

one thing crossed my mind. lagi sekali bencana alam dekat2 perayaan orang kafir nih. ari tu lepas xmas, ni pulak masa easter (kalau ikut local time tempat kejadian). ngape yek? jadi lepas ni para missionaries agama kafir ni tak payah la buang masa nak menyeru "ke arah kesejahteraan sejagat". dah nampak jelas kekuasaan Allah Taala kat kawasan bencana tu, baik hangpa guna duit tu untuk membantu orang yg betul2 memerlukan kat tempat sendiri. takde pekdah kalau anak di rumah mati tak makan. btoi dak?

Hari Ini Saya Cuti.

Winamp playin' Ee Boo Nee Kka by Shinnago

Terima kasih kerana membaca.

World Water Day!

In the mood for....

22 March - World Day for Water 2005: Water for Life

About World Day for Water

The United Nations General Assembly adopted resolution A/RES/47/193 of 22 December 1992 by which 22 March of each year was declared World Day for Water, to be observed starting in 1993, in conformity with the recommendations of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) contained in Chapter 18 (Fresh Water Resources) of Agenda 21. States were invited to devote the Day, as appropriate in the national context, to concrete activities such as the promotion of public awareness through the publication and diffusion of documentaries and the organization of conferences, round tables, seminars and expositions related to the conservation and development of water resources and the implementation of the recommendations of Agenda 21.

Water and Sanitation (taken from this site)

Clean water is the basic liquid of life. However, over one billion people worldwide have no access to safe drinking water, and almost half the world's population lack adequate sanitation.

This affects their health, their environment, their basic dignity and their children's future. For some countries the problem is scarcity of water, while in others water may be plentiful but of poor quality.

Health
Around 80% of all sickness and disease in the world is caused by inadequate water or sanitation, according to the World Health Organisation. Water-related diseases account for 2.2 million deaths each year, mostly among children under the age of five.

Poverty
Inadequate water, sanitation and hygiene not only cause sickness and death, but also increase health costs, reduce people's ability to earn a living, and reduce school enrolment rates, especially for girls. Shortages in water can lead to harvest failures and even famine. All these factors combine together to contribute to the continuing cycle of poverty in developing countries.

Women and Children
The poorest and most vulnerable people are worst affected by this problem. In most societies women and children bear the responsibility for fetching water for the family a time-consuming, and physically demanding duty. Women in Africa and Asia, on average, have to walk 6km a day just to get water.

Local Band Goes International

Winamp playin' Riraito by AKFG

seperti hari2 ahad yang sebelom2 ni, aku mesti takleh miss baca paper Sunday Mail. pastu, dalam banyak2 article tu, paling aku tak leh miss (apart from the cartoon section and 'watch-amacallit') - the writings by rina omar. yup, that same 8tv host. harharhar boleh la kalau nak cakap aku ni a fan of her writings, sebelom dia keje kat 8tv.

and so, hari ni dalam her column 'I say...' dia tulih pasal a local band jadik glemer gila babas kat jepon. oh.. grup pop shuvit ni rupenye. harharhar. aku takde la kenal sangat grup ni, mainly because most of the songs does not suit my taste of music (haa jap jap.. akfg ngan orange range lain aaaa dari diorang ni) and secondly because diorang nyanyi omputes je (daku kurang minat lagu berlirik omputes sebab senang nak hapal -> senang bosan). tapi daku terasa bes giloo pulak diorang ni bila jadik glemer macam tu skali. bak kata rina dalam column dia (aku curik sebijik2 ni ayat dia):
"The band that will change the world" - Those words screamed from an album release poster in a Tower Records store in Tokyo, Japan.

This band in hot - so hot, that it out-ran Linkin Park in the store's sales chart.

People were recognizing the band members on the streets; the band's showcases were packed with fans - heck, their stage needs were attended to by the Glay's (that's a BIG Jap rock band) own sound crew.
uhhh... tak ke terasa bes? bangga aku jadiknye bila ada malaysian glemer gilo babas macam tu sekali. walaupon aku tak ikut muzik diorang, tak bermakna aku tak beri sokongan kan? tapi aku ni takde la macam, dah tau diorang glemer haram camtu baru nak jadik fan. harharhar.

uhh ape lagi nak cakap ah.. dah lupa plak. pepehal, syabas and all the very best to pop shuvit for going international :D

Winamp playin' Crazy In Love by Beyonce ft Jay-Z

sudah lama tidak memblog secara serius. ye lah, sejak kebelakangan ni asek terapung di awangan je muhahaha :P takpe takpe aku punye fling sudah abih, so takde la nanti berlebih2 pulak cerita pasal oujisama ngan antonio. sikit2 ade la kot. harharhar remind me of this whenever i cross the borderline ok! :D

bukan la tanak menaip secara serius (as in blog pasal mende lojik sikit dari asek2 citer pasal fling aku je)... dah banyak kali dah menaip half-way, tapi lepas tu malas pulak nak publish. jadiknye takde la update yg "serius" (huh selama ni ade ke pun aku serius kan harharhar :P) dah tu pulak sejak jadi haiwan nocturnal nih, takde banyak mende yg menarik untuk dicerita melainkan keadaan dan perasaan di opisku yang beroperasi 24 jam tuh.

hah. since keadaan pc dan strimik ku dah hampir pulih (dalam 85% la ni lebih kurang), nanti kejap2 lagi aku tuka la lagu2 dalam soundblox tu. bukannye buleh denga pun lagi kat opis; takde masa weh.

oh ye. daku sekalang ni tengah berusaha untuk membuat satu vcd dance2 kpop nih... jadi aku nak mintak bantuan kengkorang ni (yg paham bm ni la) kot la ade terjumpa dance lesson lagu2 boa (quincy) ngan bi (it's raining), hulor le kat daku yang mencarik ni di alamat deathberry[at]gmail.com. setakat ni ade lagu shinhwa yg lama2 ngan beberapa lagu lain yg tersesat (mostly boa). harharhar kalu dah komplete beh la nanti menari macam orang gilo harharhar :P nak pinjam? buleh aje. tapi pop song aje tau. kire mtv stlye punye dance. adek aku tau lagu2 camne. bukan tango ke waltz ke. hihihi :D

hah ni nak citer la nape tetibe gatal nak buat vcd blaja nari ni. sebenanye 3 minggu lalu team aku terpilih untuk buat performance pada jumaat yang baru lepas ni. nak dipendekkan cerita, diorang (colleages aku) decide nak menari. aku ni malas la nak tunjukkan skill nari aku (yang macam tahi tu). tapi lepas hari berganti hari, aku rase tak pueh hati sangat. asalnye nak buat 4 lagu, pastu jadik 3, pastu las las masa hari sebelom perf tu dia jadikkan satu je. arghhh! konon sebabnye ramai tak reti nari lagu yang AM aku pilih (yg mana aku reti la nak kasi steps untuk 2 lagu yang disajes tu). baaakaaaaa. huh. takpe lah. dah lepas dah pon. tapi atas sebab itu maka hari rabu lepas daku dapat idea nak buat vcd tu. enuff of that.

sebelom aku tutup tirai, saje nak luahkan rasa tak pueh hati. antonio (henceforth ku panggil uncle) buat aku mentally tortured! grr grr grr.

10 Things Your Yoga Instructor Won't Tell You

In the mood for Keep My Cool by Luis Fonsi

taken from this site.

By Christine Ryan
November 17, 2004

1. "Hey, I just started doing yoga myself!"
Yoga Is booming: For proof, you needn't look any further than your health club, your cable-TV schedule — or even Target or Walgreens, where yoga mats and DVDs now share shelf space with household sundries. According to a Harris Poll last year, some 15 million Americans are practicing yoga — an increase of nearly 30 percent over 2002.

The problem is that there's no real standard for how much teacher training is required, so almost anyone can call himself an instructor. There are plenty of certification programs around, but while some offer thorough training — the Advanced Studies Program at the Yoga Room in Berkeley, Calif., requires 500 hours of classwork covering philosophy and anatomy — others are little more than weekend workshops.

How, then, to avoid the bad apples? In 1999 a group of instructors founded the Yoga Alliance, a consortium of yoga schools based in Reading, Pa.; affiliated schools must require a minimum of 200 hours of teacher training. Although joining the group is voluntary and many perfectly good teachers haven't signed up for its instructor registry, you can check to see if your teacher has at least attended a YA-approved program1.

2. "Sure, we have mats you can borrow....How about a case of athlete's foot, too?"
You've probably seen yoga diehards heading to class, their telltale yoga mat bags slung over one shoulder. Yet many studios lend or rent the mats to their students, often charging a nominal fee of $1 to $2. Is lugging around your own mat really necessary?

Absolutely, according to Tim Cowen, a yoga instructor in San Francisco. "The one thing I'd tell new yoga students is, always bring your own mat — never use the ones at the studio," he says. Even though some studios do try to wash or disinfect their mats regularly, he says, "I can honestly tell you that most mats don't get sprayed on both sides." And just contemplate Bikram yoga, a popular yoga discipline that's performed in 105-degree classrooms so that muscles and ligaments relax as much as possible and the body can sweat out toxins. "Sure, it's supposed to be a dry heat in those classes," says Cowen, "but with 30 people sweating for 90 minutes? The room's a petri dish." Spend the $20 to buy your own mat — or even go without. The Yoga Center of Palo Alto, Calif., uses mats only for seated poses, headstands, shoulder stands and some backbends, doing all standing poses on wooden floors that get mopped before each class.

3. "You're not ready for this class..."
A few years ago Kim Rutenberg and her husband started attending classes at Jivamukti Yoga Center, a Manhattan studio popular with celebrities. They started out in a beginner's class, and after a month decided to try a more advanced class. They quickly found they were underprepared. "You go immediately into headstand and some other really tough poses, and we couldn't do a lot of them," says Rutenberg, a marketing executive. They didn't get hurt, but no one warned them about the degree of difficulty, she says. (The cofounders of Jivamukti insist the studio recommends beginning students complete at least three months of its basics program.)

Yoga classes tend to be rated by level of expertise — typically beginner, intermediate and advanced — but if you say you're ready for an advanced class, chances are no one at the sign-in desk will question you. The best thing to do, says San Francisco instructor Rickie Milmoe, is "call the studio ahead of time and say, 'here's how much yoga I've done,' and ask them which class is most appropriate. Don't try to guess." And be honest about your abilities. After all, you won't learn much if you get in over your head — and you might become too discouraged to continue.

4. "...and you could really hurt yourself."
Some yoga poses are universally acknowledged to be risky — in particular, inversions like shoulder stands and headstands. Since they cause blood to rush to the head and can raise blood pressure, these poses are particularly dangerous for anyone being treated for glaucoma or chronic headaches or anyone who's recently had a stroke; they're also risky for anyone who's more than 30 pounds overweight, since they compress the vertebrae in the neck. Good yoga instructors will caution a class before going into inversions and will keep a careful eye out for anyone doing the pose improperly.

But not every instructor takes such precautions. Software marketer Oonagh Kavanagh went to a studio in San Francisco that gave individual attention to each student doing inversions, but says when she switched to another studio, her new instructors didn't watch her at all. "It was just up-you-go," she says.

Often, though, it's your own enthusiasm and ego you need to watch out for. Donna Rich, a psychotherapist in Austin, Tex., recently pushed herself into a hamstring stretch she wasn't ready for and ended up tearing some connective tissue in her foot. "Wanting to show off is dangerous," she says.

5. "I'm just here to get lucky."
While many gyms, training schools and yoga teachers associations forbid liaisons between instructors and students, with all that bared skin and limber bodies, it's no surprise that some instructors break the rules. But matside flirtations can easily erupt into sexual scandals: Witness the 1994 meltdown at the Kripalu Center, a yoga retreat in Massachusetts's Berkshires led by the charismatic guru Amrit Desai. After Desai — who both preached and claimed to practice celibacy — admitted to having slept with students, he was ejected and the ashram's reputation tainted.

Serious stuff — but many yoga teachers still haven't learned such a lesson, making some studios as rife with drama as a nighttime soap opera. One New York City woman tells of a recent flirtation with her female yoga teacher that turned into an affair. She soon found out the instructor was simultaneously involved with two other women at the same studio — a student and another teacher. The woman ended the relationship and is now warning friends to avoid the teacher. If you suspect inappropriate attentions are being directed at you, you may not be imagining it. You have every right to protest or to find another class.

6. "Our health club offers yoga just because it's trendy."
Not surprisingly, gyms have jumped on the yoga bandwagon: As of 2002, 84 percent of all U.S. health clubs had yoga on their class schedule. But how seriously they take it is another matter. Edward Vilga, an instructor at Manhattan's Laughing Lotus studio, once taught at a popular health club. "One day, while my class was in savasana" — a stone-silent, meditative final rest period — "someone came in and started doing leg lifts in the corner." Vilga asked her to leave, but he says the club's management didn't back him up.

Although most gyms try to hire good teachers, they often don't provide a yoga-friendly environment. Many yoga studios discourage arrivals that are more than a minute or two late, but at some gyms, Vilga says, "students drop into a class like it's a cocktail party." Students who come in late aren't warmed up, he says, and often miss critical instructions.

But Karyn Taylor, a yoga student in Los Angeles, says that blocking out the clanging weights at her gym has become an essential part of her practice. "Yoga studios can be sort of surreal," she says. "Give me a real experience, and let me see if I can calm my mind within it." Try yoga both at your gym and at a studio, and see what feels right for you.

7. "You don't have to let me touch you."
If you're going to your first yoga class, you may be in for a bit of a surprise: Not only will the teacher give you verbal instructions, he or she will probably also adjust you manually.

What you should feel is a gentle correction or even just a calming touch. According to Yoga Alliance President Hansa Knox, adjustments should never force you into the perfect version of the pose; they should just help you discover what's right for your individual body. Still, some inexperienced teachers can be overzealous with their hands.

Worse than recklessness, though, is creepiness. Susan Delz, a store manager in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., recently walked out of a class because she felt the substitute teacher was inadequate, but she later learned that other women had complained about him touching them inappropriately during adjustments. "Even if he hadn't meant to cross any boundaries, he did," she says.

A teacher should always forewarn you when he's going to touch you — and should never touch you inappropriately. And if you don't want to be touched at all, it's fine to say so. "You're always the boss," says Knox.

8. "Yoga isn't a cure-all."
Several recent mainstream medical studies have shown that yoga can help alleviate everything from chronic back pain to asthma. One study even found that people with coronary heart disease who do yoga have fewer angina episodes. But yoga doesn't have all-healing powers, as some high-profile yoga gurus have implied.

Bikram Choudhury, for instance, displays prominently on his Web site testimonials from students who claim his brand of yoga has helped alleviate symptoms of everything from rheumatoid arthritis to hepatitis C to anorexia and bulimia.

While yogic tradition has long held that certain poses relieve certain ailments — seated forward bend for sinusitis, or headstand for insomnia, for example — not all of these claims are supported by hard evidence. "What we do say is that yoga's primary effect is to bring all the body's systems into balance," says Trisha Lamb, associate director of the International Association of Yoga Therapists in Prescott, Ariz. "Someone with cancer may be helped by yoga, but you should not assume yoga will cure cancer." Nor will it make you look like Christy Turlington. Exercise of any kind can increase muscle tone and help you lose weight, but there are some things only good genes — or plastic surgery — can give you.

9. "I teach only one kind of yoga, and guess what? It's not the one for you."
There are dozens of different types of yoga, ranging from Integral classes, which include lots of chanting and prayer and minimal physical activity, to fast-paced "flow" classes to Iyengar yoga, which emphasizes the alignment of the body and uses props like straps and wood blocks to help students into positions, to hot and sweaty Bikram yoga, which consists of 26 poses done in a room heated to 105 degrees.

Which kind of yoga is right for you? It depends on what you're looking for — relaxation, say, or a rigorous physical workout. Trying out different classes is the best way to determine the type of yoga that best suits your goals and abilities. Even more important than what kind of yoga you choose, though, is how much the teacher inspires you. Yoga instructors have dramatically different styles — some are as authoritative as gym coaches, while others are more touchy-feely. One class with a teacher who lights incense and chants about world peace, for example, might turn you off to the practice altogether. "Different people are drawn to different philosophies of teaching," says Larry Hatlett, director of the Yoga Center of Palo Alto. The best thing to do is try out a few and listen to your instincts, says Nina Zolotow, a writer and teacher-trainee in Berkeley. "If you look forward to seeing your teacher and to going to class, you can't lose."

10. "You don't really need to come to the studio every day."
Attending yoga class regularly will keep you motivated and inspired — and regular instruction will help you learn the proper way to hold yoga poses, especially if you are new to yoga. But one of the biggest benefits of yoga is its portability: As long as you have a flat surface and enough room to move, you can do it almost anywhere.

Indeed, the best instructors will encourage you to establish what's called a home practice — and with fees approaching $20 per class at some yoga studios, you can save a bundle. In his recent book, Moving Toward Balance, yoga expert Rodney Yee lays out an eight-week program carefully designed to keep you working happily at home. "For most people, the biggest stumbling block to doing yoga at home is the fear that you're not doing it right," says Zolotow, the Berkeley writer. For the best results, she says, yoga students seeking to practice at home should just "listen to your body and use your common sense about what you're capable of." And try not to worry about whether you're doing it exactly right. "There's really no way of doing it wrong," says Zolotow. "As long as you do it."
